Pastor Duerre and Shari Thomas serve as the Lead Pastors of Relevant Kingdom Center with a shared passion for helping people discover purpose and live it out. Their leadership is shaped by redemption, compassion, and a deep belief that the church should be a place where transformation is both experienced and lived daily.

Pastor Duerre’s journey is rooted in the redemptive power of God’s grace. Having personally experienced restoration and healing, his ministry flows from a place of authenticity and conviction. His heart is to see people healed, equipped, and empowered to walk confidently in their God-given calling. He leads with clarity, compassion, and a commitment to developing disciples and leaders who live out their faith beyond the walls of the church.

Shari Thomas is a devoted mother of four and carries a strong anointing for worship, discipleship, and women’s ministry. She leads worship at the Florida campus and oversees the worship department across both campuses. Her heart for worship flows into her passion for helping women and girls understand their worth, beauty, and purpose in Christ.

Shari is the founder and leader of For Covered Girls, a ministry dedicated to empowering teenage girls to discover their identity and calling in Christ, as well as The Changing Room, a women’s ministry focused on spiritual growth, healing, and transformation. Through these ministries, her heart is to help women of all ages come to a place of confidence, wholeness, and purpose in God.

Together, Pastor Duerre and Shari lead Relevant Kingdom Center with humility, love, and intentionality. Their shared vision is simple and unwavering: to make disciples, develop leaders, and change lives by creating a church both churched and unchurched people love to attend and a faith people can live out every day.
